Session Length: Each session is limited to 15 minutes. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you are ready to begin at your scheduled time.
Children: If you are bringing children, please arrive early so they have time to get comfortable and are not feeling rushed. Please discuss any specific needs for children with me.
Late Arrivals: Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late unless discussed otherwise. Arriving late may result in fewer photos.
Client Expectations: By booking a session, you acknowledge that a 15-minute session is a short session and that the number of final images will vary depending on the session, group size, cooperation, and circumstances.
Photos Included: You will receive all photos that are worth saving, with minor edits such as basic color, lighting, and exposure adjustments.
Additional Editing: Clients may not alter, filter, crop, or otherwise edit the delivered images. Additional retouching or editing requests are available for an additional fee.
Unedited/RAW Files: RAW or unedited files are not provided.
Outfits: Please arrive dressed and ready for your session. Outfit changes are not recommended during a 15-minute session because they take away from your photo time.
Weather: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If cancellations are within 24 hours you may be subject to a $50 fee.
Image Delivery: Edited images will be delivered through Dropbox within 2-3 weeks after the session.
Image Selection: The photographer makes the final decision regarding which images are delivered. Duplicate, blurry, test, unflattering, or technically unusable images will not be delivered.
Respectful Environment: Clients are expected to treat the photographer, location, and other clients respectfully. The photographer reserves the right to end a session if inappropriate or unsafe behavior occurs. Please do not liter or bring balloons, confetti or any other prompts unless discussed.
Locations: 15 minute photo sessions are to be held at the locations listed.
